Mr. Parwaiz Alam, the President and CEO, founded Alsal Construction in 2009. Alam graduated with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in civil engineering. Overall, he was over 20 years of experience in construction. Throughout the years he has acquired knowledge in planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, building and finishing phases. His experience has led Alsal to grow 4 times since its initial year. Alam was honored in 2013 for his leadership and achievement in the construction industry and profession.
Syed Saddam Rasool Hussaini is a masters graduate from University of Texas at Arlington with major is construction management and a Bachelors in civil engineering from Osmania University, India. He joined Alsal construction in 2015 and has never looked back since then, has a good experience in interior renovations of office building, restaurants and a very good knowledge in construction of medical buildings with state regulations. He has 2+ years of experience in healthcare construction industry.
I have been with Alsal Construction since 2016 as a superintendent. My previous experience; I owned and managed a business for 13 years. I'm bilingual, I speak English and fluent in Farsi. I obtained my construction project management certification from Colin College in 2017.
Studied master's in civil engineering from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. Completed bachelor's in civil engineering from Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University in 2011. Have more than five years of experience in construction and design. Was involved in construction of hydroelectric projects in Nepal and carried out design and drawing of commercial and residential buildings in Nepal. Joined in Alsal Construction Inc as Project Engineer in 2019.
Shankar Prasad joined Alsal Construction in 2018, He's very dependable and hard working. He has very strong knowledge in supervising jobs and handling job's during tough situations. He is good at managing sub-contractors and challenges on the job's.
Shankar has earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, India and Master’s in Construction Management from University of Texas at Arlington.
Aswathi Suresh is a graduate student at the University of Texas at Arlington, doing her Master of Science in Construction Management. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India. She is working as a Project Engineer Intern at Alsal Construction Inc. during Fall 2019.
